Garage Liability - Accessories?
A vehicle purchased from a large Used Car dealership in June has just been found not to have a locknut to remove the Alloy Wheels. Although I appreciate this should've been checked at the time, is the garage liable for removing the bolts and replacing them because it did not supply a locknut at the time of sale?
There is usually a "code" supplied which allows a replacement to be ordered but this is also missing!

No - a Used Car is generally bought as seen. You could try asking them, but I doubt you will get very far. Most tyre distributors can get alloys off though.
