Power Pocket Bike
Is it legal to ride a Gas Powered Pocket rocket/Mini Bike on the sidewalk in NJ.?
When I say sidewalk ,I mean theres a big street/highway with a sidewalk, can i ride it there. BTW I am 12 years old. Please respond!
No motorized vehicle is allowed on any sidewalk (pedestrian walkway) in the country.
No motorized vehicle is allowed on a bike path in the country.
Nor is it legal to ride a Pocket Bike on the public roads.
As you are seeing, except on private property with owner's consent, it is not legal to ride a pocket bike anywhere else.
Pocket bikes are a waste of money. They are cheap, throw-away motorized toys. Save your money for a real motorcycle when you are of driver/rider age.
