Even if they are not allowed to be ridden in public, remember you are not prohibited from owning one. You can always use them for riding off-road. You could also use them in parade or designated race areas. Wherever you may ride them, you must make sure that you take care of the safety aspect. You should always ride them with the safety gear on.
