how to change a valve on a kawasaki bayou 220?
hello, i just traded for a kawasaki 220 bayou. it doesnt run. the gentleman said that before he got it, it had just had an engine rebuild done on it. the kid who had it done, i guess didn't wait the proper time to let the new valves get broken in, and either broke or bent one i guess. can anyone explain how to change one, and how difficult its goin to be??

You will need to pull the head off to see how much damage has been done. If the engine is locked up, it may be 180 degrees out of time and the valve destroyed the piston. Getting the head off is relatively easy, doing the repairs and reassembling the motor takes some knowledge. There are several web sites that may be able to help you. Just do a Google search.
