Audi A4 â A Highly Recommended Large Family Sedan

Anyone been on the Carnival Glory and can answer question about room sizes with family?
I'm taking the family (4 including me) on a cruise on the Carnival Glory and need to know if I really have to get two rooms. I was going to go for an Ocean View room. Anyone have experience? Are there any family-size rooms so I don't have to spend for a whole extra room? I heard from someone Ocean view rooms on the Spa Deck are bigger, or have more accommodations for families or something. Any thoughts? I'm obviously a first-time cruiser.
On the Carnival Glory a family of 4 can share the same room or get connecting rooms. The choice is yours. There is no classification of family size staterooms on the Glory though. There are Oceanview statrooms on the Spa deck which feature floor to ceiling windows but these are not larger than the regular oceanview rooms. A family of 4 can select Interior, Oceanview, Balcony, or a Suite and each will accomodate them. If this is your first cruise then I would suggest going with a view! The oceanview staterooms are the best deal. They offer a spacious layout and a 4ft picture window. The oceanview staterooms are 220 square ft. The Interior are 185. The Balcony rooms are 185 and 220 if you count the outside balcony. The suites of course are much bigger. There is a hidden gem that only some know about and these rooms book up fast but you may want to ask about them Category 9A Balcony Staterooms are slightly larger and offer twice teh amount of balcony space (you can see category 9A Balcony locations on ship deck plans) The oceanview staterooms offer plenty of room to walk around without bumping into one another and plenty of room to store all that luggage for 7 days (remember the luggage). So if you are going for the best value and space for your family then I would definatlely go with the oceanview room.
