help with chevrolet colorado please?
need help have a 2007 chevrolet colorado with a 3.5 litre engine dealer replace cly head an now its running rough an its sending a coed dealer say its a timing chain tensioner an wants 1600 dallors to repair what do you think
well it is hard to say, what was the vehicle doing before you had the work done in the first place? why did they replace the head? i don't think they should have put it back together with a bad timing chain, they should have replaced it while they were in there, so i would tell them i would pay for the parts only, they are supposed to be the professionals and you should be able to make your repair decisions on what they tell you. The only way i would pay is if they mentioned it while they were in there before putting it back together and i chose not to fix it the first time.
