Custom Built Mini chopper For Small People
Scaled version bikes have created a new trend in the market. In the past people used bikes, of high speed and heavy weight. A Mini chopper is constructed by using one small tube, and few ¾ black steel pipes. A Mini chopper bike is a custom bike which is on demand today. These bikes are gaining a grip over the market, because they can be designed within less time at a cheap price. Tecumseh horizontal industrial engine or Briggs & Stratton engine are few special engines used for constructing a Mini chopper. Besides these two engines some other engines of small motorbike engines like Dirt Bike engines and ATV are also used in Mini choppers.
Generally a customized small engine is used in a Mini chopper. If a professional bike engine is used, there should be a rear transmission for supporting the back wheel. People who build mini choppers use centrifugal clutches. These clutches play an important role in maintaining fix gear ratio. Besides clutches jackshaft can also be used in construction of a Mini chopper. Jackshaft makes the work of applying gears easy. This shaft allows riders to change gear ratio, according to convenience. Bicycle or moped wheels are used for designing a mini chopper. Small mini tires of mopeds or bicycles are fitted at front of a mini chopper. Large pneumatic tires are fitted at rear end of mini chopper.
